


| Construction Office As of October 1, 2010, Pittsgrove Township is administering the Construction Office for Upper Pittsgrove Township through a shared services agreement. All Upper Pittsgrove Township residents must go to the Pittsgrove Township Municipal Building (989 Centerton Rd.) for all construction permits. |

| Click here for more information about building permits. Zoning Permits are still processed and issued at the Upper Pittsgrove Municipal Building. Zoning permits are required prior to getting a construction permit for anything that changes the footprint of your property, including new buildings or structures, an addition to your home or any other building, fences, pools, signs, ground mounted solar units, etc. Zoning permits are not needed for a new roof, new siding, roof mounted solar unless the size of your home is changing. Make sure to include a map of all proposed changes to your property with distances from all property lines with the Zoning Permit application. Zoning permits are good for 6 months. |
