| Land Use Board The Upper Pittsgrove Township Land Use Board is established pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law and has the power to hear and vote upon land development applications. Land use applications (Use Variance, Bulk Variance, Major Subdivision, Minor Subdivision, and Site Plan) are available at the Municipal Building from the Land Use Board Secretary. A copy of the Land Use Ordinance is available for $50. Copies of the Zoning Map are $1.00.
