The Upper Pittsgrove Township Land Use Board is established pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law and has the power to
hear and vote upon land development applications.  

Land use applications (Use Variance, Bulk Variance, Major Subdivision, Minor Subdivision, and Site Plan) are available at the Municipal Building from the Land Use Board Secretary.  All filing details and time frames are listed in the application packet. A copy of the Land Use Ordinance is available for $50.  Copies of the Zoning Map are $1.00.

The Land Use Board meets monthly as needed at the Upper Pittsgrove Municipal Building on the third Thursday at 7:30 pm.

All applications must be submitted to the Land Use Secretary at least 15 days prior to the meeting.
